Cast Iron Culture is a recently established gym / fitness centre based in Ludlow.

We provide an alternative gym experience, engaging our members in a more enjoyable and rewarding approach to physical exercise, welcoming anyone who wishes to improve their health, fitness or physique.

We understand how difficult it can be to join a gym... which is why we make it a priority to make our members feel welcome.

We maintain an open and friendly atmosphere whilst encouraging everyone to engage in and expand their knowledge of exercise, diet and fitness.

We are constantly improving and updating our facility to provide you with the perfect environment to work on your personal goals, becoming your first choice when it comes to an enhanced quality of life through improved health and well-being.

We also offer professional support from our personal training team, providing motivation and assistance to everyone... from the complete beginner to the professional athlete.
